Short-term & Festival Letting

We are in a privileged position to be able to offer our clients the option of short term letting on their properties through a number of different specialist short term agencies such as Edinburgh Apartments. These can run throughout the year or just for the Edinburgh Festival with the property being let out on a long term basis for the rest of the year.

We would be happy to discuss the options of short term or long term lettings when we meet you, and advise whether your property is suitable for the short term letting market. We can also provide an anticipated rental level to assist you with your decision. Please note we shall not over inflate our figure to win your instruction!!
